Customer service is weak. Wait time to talk to customer service is long and many times, the automated system will kick you out of queue. If you do get through, the agent is not helpful and I actually corrected the agent on my loan detail. Astrive states it takes 7-10 days to process loan, but in reality is much, much longer.
